What Will You Do in This Job
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, your daily work will include:
- Look into and take in new reports of adverse events.
- Add and check safety data inside pharmacovigilance databases.
- Do MedDRA coding for adverse events.
- Handle Individual Case Safety Reports, also known as ICSRs.
- Follow up on cases and submit them as per global rules.
- Follow client SOPs and pharmacovigilance guidelines closely.
- Keep documentation neat, correct, and easy to check.
- Work together with your team and supervisors to finish tasks on time.
Skills You Should Have
- Good understanding of Pharmacovigilance Operations.
- Knowledge of Drug Safety Surveillance.
- Experience with ICSR Case Processing.
- MedDRA Coding skills.
- Comfort working with Safety Database Management tools.
- Awareness of Regulatory Compliance rules.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
