What Will You Do in This Job

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, your daily work will include:

  • Look into and take in new reports of adverse events.
  • Add and check safety data inside pharmacovigilance databases.
  • Do MedDRA coding for adverse events.
  • Handle Individual Case Safety Reports, also known as ICSRs.
  • Follow up on cases and submit them as per global rules.
  • Follow client SOPs and pharmacovigilance guidelines closely.
  • Keep documentation neat, correct, and easy to check.
  • Work together with your team and supervisors to finish tasks on time.

Skills You Should Have

  • Good understanding of Pharmacovigilance Operations.
  • Knowledge of Drug Safety Surveillance.
  • Experience with ICSR Case Processing.
  • MedDRA Coding skills.
  • Comfort working with Safety Database Management tools.
  • Awareness of Regulatory Compliance rules.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
